Hey guys, Melynda here! This Saturday, March 26, will be the day I will step on stage! I have been committed to getting in shape for this event for 12 long weeks. I am so nervous to show what I have worked hard for.
I can’t show you before and after photos, but I can tell you this. I use to be a runway model and very skinny. I weighed 130 lbs. at 5’10”. It was very hard for me to put on the muscle because I was so skinny, so that’s where the diet came in. Now, if I wasn’t training for this competition I would be 140lbs. with 10 pounds of muscle! Remember muscle weighs more than fat!
