Richard Webster, DDS
Your award-winning orthodontist in Las Vegas.
Dr. Webster was born and raised in good ol’ Las Vegas, Nevada. Growing up, he loved to spend time with his family (and dogs), doing his paper route, and playing sports.
He earned his Eagle Scout Award and graduated from Cheyenne High School as Valedictorian. Hey, Chey Town!
After graduation, he served a full-time mission in the Philippines for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He still looks for every opportunity to speak Tagalog to his fellow “kaibigans.” We think it’s cool that he found a local group of pickleball-playing Filipinos. It’s so much fun to watch them speak to one another in Tagalog while playing.
Dr. Webster graduated Magna Cum Laude from BYU. He then attended the prestigious UCLA for both Dental School and his Orthodontic Residency, where he graduated with Honors. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the Nevada Dental Association, and numerous other membership organizations. He is honored to have been the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships.
Dr. Webster has a wonderful life outside of his work at Webster Orthodontics. Nothing gives him more joy than spending time with the love of his life, Jennifer. He enjoys traveling with her, playing pickleball together, and beating her in a game of Phase 10.
They’ve got the coolest kids, too. Dr. Webster loves spending time with them. Whether it’s coaching and playing volleyball, jumping on the trampoline, going to the bike park, playing Harry Potter Uno, or coming up with fun names for each of them, there is never a dull moment at the Webster house! Oh, and we can’t forget about his dog, Bear, who is Dr. Webster’s trusted side-kick.
When Dr. Webster isn’t quoting “The Office” or whistling random tunes on family game night, he loves coaching, playing and watching sports, and volunteering his time with the youth in his community.
Yup, Dr. Webster is one happy and lucky guy. It’s pretty irritating, actually.

Jennifer grew up in Texas, and it was her best friend turned husband who brought her to Vegas. They now have 4 children and love the local community. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and watching Dr. Webster connect with patients (plus, she thinks he’s pretty easy on the eyes, too).
Some fun facts – Jennifer loves spending time with family, being outdoors, playing sports, and attending and serving her church. An interesting fact? She has 10 brothers and 5 sisters, and she’s a twin!
Clinical Coordinator
Some fun facts – Ashley loves spending time with family, hiking, kayaking, and going to the spa, movies, and new restaurants. Her favorite quote is, “Always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”
Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Some fun facts – Janella loves to travel, watch horror movies, listen to rap music, and maintain a positive attitude with a touch of light sarcasm. Her favorite quote? “Me to me: Anything for you, princess.”
